• Develop conference budget and project manage the account
  • Arrange project meetings with clients, ensuring constant communication at all times
  • Arrange and perform a direct mailshot to all attendees
  • Organise printing and distribution of all conference materials
  • Provide a first line of contact with all participants
  • Provide regular and up to the minute information on participant registration
  • Undertake a preliminary visit to the venue, and report back with recommendation
  • Co-ordinate all speakers' travel and hotel requirements
  • Provide tailored meal/refreshments if required
  • Co-ordinate any social functions required
  • Arrange and set up any audio-visual, internet or overhead aids required
  • Hire staff to assist on the day and entertainment if required
  • Provide a personal greeting on the day to all attendees, paying special attention to any VIP's present
  • Arrange for name badges and conference packs for all attendees
  • Constantly liase with the venue to quickly resolve any unforeseen problems
  • Provide a report to the client on the conference/event, detailing all expenses
  • On-line registration and credit card payments.
